Noida is one of India's fastest growing urban centres. In the last decade, its green cover has shrunk considerably, its water bodies have degraded, and the natural ecosystems that once sustained this region have given way to concrete and construction.
Green Earth Half Marathon, Noida is a community run that takes that problem seriously. On 25 October 2026, runners will assemble for a chip-timed run across 3K, 5K and 10K categories. The run has a cause: a permanent native urban forest, planted by Say Earth NGO on government-allocated land in Greater Noida, using the Miyawaki method of dense afforestation.
This is a joint initiative of Say Earth NGO, founded by Ramveer Tanwar, and Juneli Events. Say Earth brings the environmental expertise and government relationships needed to secure the land and plant the forest. Juneli Events brings the event production, corporate outreach, and execution capability to stage the run.
Noida's rapid urbanisation has shrunk its green cover by over 30% in the last decade. Say Earth NGO will plant a permanent native forest on government-allocated land in Greater Noida, using the Miyawaki method of dense afforestation, a forest that outlasts the medals.
Tree plantation and environmental sustainability qualify under MCA Schedule VII, Item (iv). Donations to Say Earth are 80G deduction eligible; 10BE certificates are issued to all qualifying contributors.
Noida is home to India's most significant corporate campuses. Your employees live here, your brand operates here, your CSR mandate applies here.
